The Company Shall not be held responsible for any of the invalid content shared on the website. The Company has strong Policy for protection of copyrighted content but shall not be responsible if any user violates the Copyright rules of any country or nation as it is entirely the sole responsibility of the user to follow the Copyright Terms and Policies.

However only Your NAME and Profile Picture will be treated as Public Shared Content and will be made available to the Search engine Results. There are Different Options Made Available for you on the Website by use of which you can Control who see’s your Data and who not.
A.2)All Public Account Holders can Also Share any content in the Public Share Content space and everything share in the same will be made available on search engines and any one can search it on the web & Internet. Please refer point (3) for Copyright Violation Regulations.

B.1)Private Account:A Private Account will be Kept undisclosed and Secured from the Search Engines Neither the Name,Profile Pic or any other Profile Info will not be made available to search Engines or other users on www.mibusy.com . The Can however share their Profile info with other users by Generating a profile Share request for a short period of time.
B.2)All Private Account Holders can Also Share any content in the Public Share Content space and everything share in the same will be made available on search engines and any one can search it on the web & Internet. Please refer point (3) for Copyright Violation Regulations.

All those violating the above mentioned norms are liable to face action against them warning or Legal as per requirement and their Accounts will be deactivated at the same time. www.mibusy.com also assures to provide all the content available with the company to the local Law enforcement agencies with all details requested by them.
